Help answer the question about online game
How can I make an online game work faster, or at it's best quality for Pirates of the Caribbean Online?
I like to play the Pirates of the Caribbean Online game, but it is a bit slow at loading all of the 'islands', or when I want to go out to seas. Also, when fighting important enemies, I always lose because of the slow quality! I've tried their options on their menu, but nothing improved as much, but the quality was a bit better. How can I make it run at it's best?

All of this doesn't depend on what their options are or even what your "options" are. This depends on several things all located near you.
1) Your computer
2) the processor in it
3) your graphics card
4) your internet connection
5) any firewalls your computer, router or wifi adapter may have
and countless other variables all dealing with things on your end.
Alternately, If you have a newer computer or have kept ur moderately new computer in tip-top shape, then ur internet may have too low of a bandwidth. In which case you would have to upgrade your bandwidth with your service provider.
If all else fails, have a tech come and look if u are serious about playing this game.

On-line games, especially MMORPGs, are the most complex applications you can find on the net, and are, not only inaccessible to amateurs, but also extremely expensive to design! (Runescape cost hundred's of thousand's of $ to develop!)
You could, however, start small, using a few excellent programmers: place your idea to rentacoder.com (free), and see what you are offered.
I see such development spread over several years with a team of specialists: don't expect any offer for a few hundreds.
I started one a four years ago, alone: it took me 8 months hard work to get a very basic landscape, buildings and a few people moving around… Gave up. Can't do it alone…

http://www.StiffGames.com is the best because it is not blocked by many school and work filters and has a great selection of games. They are no-download games, you just play them from your browser, and Now they have runescape, hell of sand, and Totem Destroyer 2. They are perfect for the type of game you are describing. They have loads of other games as well. This place is great because they only put up games that are actually good.
